Huksa: Online Legal Service
Depending on your needs, Huksa can be used as a online legal forum or a virtual law firm:
Online Legal Forum:
Lawyers or Law specialist have the possibility of offering legal advice on a public forum. You can either set the forum up independently or offer answers through a network of your peers. With the “threaded chats” option you may categorise the questions by topic i.e. family law, property law, criminal law... The application gives you complete control over who can post and who can join the forum. For examples you may choose the “Peer to Peer” template for a completely open forum with limited restrictions. You may also prefer the “Engage and Earn” template for more moderation or even the most closed template, the “Premium Advice” which will insure anonymity and privacy. As the experts, all decisions regarding prices (by the hour, or by the message, by the case ) are in your hands.
Virtual Law firm:
Huksa offers everything you need to set up your virtual law firm! You choose how you wish to communicate with your clients (call, message, video chat…) and you choose how to price your services. You can start by offering answers on a public forum and redirect your potential clients to a more private setting like the “Closed and Restricted” Template which works by invite only or the “Premium Advice” template which restricts usage to invitees too. Draft and share legal documents privately, and invite your clients to upload any documents that may be pertinent to their case. The app allows you to display your schedule for calls and sessions so your clients know your availability. You may also invite a user to help you with a case out of your scope of expertise. For an established law firm, Huksa is the best way to bring your work everywhere with you! After meeting with a client, invite them to download the app and give them a special code for registration. This way they may communicate important details, ask questions or upload documents securely and privately. Share case and client information with your colleagues and ask for a consult when you are out of your scope of expertise. The whole law firm can use the app to set up meetings, view each other’s schedules and work on a collective case whilst receiving compensation.
